78 non turbo engine

I have a chance to get a 78 V6 engine/ trany and wonder if there is any advantage with this engine over the 80 turbo engine I have for my HenryJ as far as using the newer engine and putting on the 80 turbo setup?

This utilizes the low port heads and intake and would be a step down from an '80 model. Short blocks are about the however. Worth picking up but not for heads and such.
