Just out of curiosity, is the grill and fillers the only real difference between an 81-83 and an 84-87 on the outside or is the whole header front header panel different?

Whole header and fillers are different.

Is that the only real difference between the two? If so, it makes my search for an 81 easier if I can just put the right header, grill, and fillers on an 84-87 to make it right.
