84/85 fan compatibility question

At some point in my 84GN's past, someone ditched the original belt driven fan and installed a flex fan. I've always considered flex fans dangerous, and besides, this one is ugly. I don't really want to change to electric fans becuase then I would have to remove the shroud, which would leave a huge stupid looking open space. On my '99 Bravada with the 4.3, it has a really cool looking belt driven fan that has plastic fins that I thought would look nice. It looks like it would fit (bolt pattern, diameter, etc.) Anyone know or have any experience on what will fit? Or what vehicles this "plastic fan" can be found on?

I like the big open space. I stand in there when I work on the car plus it makes the motor look smaller which is good if you're into streetracing. It also makes a lot of things easier to get to.

84/85 fan question

try looking at a grand marquis or mustang with a 5.0 the old ones were bolted in. the 99 blazer is a screw on fan to the water pump. it wont work.
