84/85 G/N Blocks ?

Does any body know what power and HP the 84/85 G/N blocks will go to.

I believe a few have gone 10's with them.

Is that just the hot air set up? I am going to build a 87 motor using a 85 stock bottom end and drill the hole for the return line., Think it would go high 9s low 10s and hold together?
