84-87 grills, are they all interchangable???

Will the 86 87 grills fit on an 84 gn? Just curious, because i dont like that chrome stipr at the top that says buick.

Only 87s don't have the chrome strip across the top. They are all interchangeable. Another option for the chrome strip grille would be to simply paint the whole grille with flat or satin black.
