does anyone know the stock horsepower on an 84 regal non turbo with a 3.8

Not much. I had one once. I would say around 100. But someone must have thought it was fast, because it was gone in morning.

125 ... 4.1 4-bbl was 150... my '78 3.8 was 110 GB

110 stock according to all the manuals. Sometimes I think it was less. After the torque curve wears off after 15 mph, its all over. If you get them tuned up and running ok you can get the stockers to turn a little 14 inch tire over on wet pavement or going around a corner. No sense in beating on it if its your driver, it won't go much faster.
