Will a code BQ valvebody fit my AA code trans ??? have lazy shifts,,and AA trans has no 3rd gear solenoid----thanks ,jack

Yes, it will physically fit, however, you'll need to swap some other things too. An AA is a Cadillac transmission.

In order for the transmission to work well with the BQ valve body, you'll also need to swap the separator plate, servo assembly, governor, pressure regulator spring and boost valves from the BQ transmission.
