85 chip to an 87 ecm

i swap my 85 ecm to an 87 ecm but have no chip can my 85 chip work on the 87 ecm ?

The only chip that will work is the small chip or the cal-pak in the ECM, they are 16036503 and 16036504. My ‘84 ECM had the 16036504 in it so I used it in the 87 ECM.

Pitch any other cal-pak with a different number.

The large chip or PROM will at least need to be a 86-87 chip or a custom chip by Turbo Tweak or others...
