Postons Buick in Atmore AL sells them, so does ATR. If you want to look in the used realm I believe Red Regal T sells them over on the used parts section. But for heavens sake don't mention SMC alky kit in the conversation with him. - BB:p

GM #24503624
www.gmpartsdirect.com $124.47 plus outrageous S&H

AC-Delco #D1996
www.rockauto.com $160.89
www.partsamerica.com $156.88

You can also buy the Wells unit at Autozone for like $100 but do so at your own risk. My "new" Wells unit turned out to be a POS, particularly because I was so slow to figure out that it, even though it was brand new, was the cause of my intermittent (once it got hot) ignition cut-out problem. Nothing but GM or AC-Delco electroncs for me.

Good luck,
Buzz White in Houston, TX

Although the autozone part is guaranteed (Wells), I'd skip it. I have a pile of them, that look like new, yet all malfunction. Get a GM part. ;)

I just finished dancing around with 2 Wells ignition modules.
Neither one worked in non-EST mode.
ie, the ignition only went active if the starter spun the motor to over 400 RPM, or as the just coughed to life.
I won't be buying one of those modules ever again.

And for the non-Bruce disciples in the crowd.....:D If you are running an aftermarket Accel Gen 7+ unit, the Boost Builder functionality reportedly does not work with non-GM ignition modules.
