I may be looking to sell my 86 WH1 T Type, as I really don't have time for it anymore, plus I just bought a house.
Its a one owner, hardtop car with 106K miles. Digital dash, AC (needs charge) and has a long list of mods and a new engine, trans, and rear end. Here's a partial list
109 Short block, stock rods, pistons, gapless rings, cometic headgaskets
8445 heads ported and o-ringed, bigger valves done by Indy Cylinder Heads
ported stock intake and doghouse, ported headers and throttle body
MSD 50# injectors, racetronix fuel pump, pressure gauge
206/206 billet roller cam, T&D roller rockers, lifters, double roller timing chain
high volume front cover, Hartline tall valve covers
new coilpak and ignition module
PT54 turbo, starting to smoke, SMC progressive alky, stock and liquid IC's
Terry Houston downpipe and 3" ATR single shot exhaust with cutout
3400 Vigilante converter and huge trans cooler
Jimmy's level 2 Trans
Auburn pro differential, Moser axles and girdle
UMI LCA's, Bilsteins, Kirban springs, ATR sway bar
complete Pioneer/Polk stereo with amp and sub, nice CD deck
full Autometer ultra-lite gauges
17" SLP ZR1 wheels with good BFG T/A's on them
Scanmaster, brand new PowerMaster etc...
the good: Engine has 500 miles on it, trans and rear end is about 2000 miles
one onwer car, normally garaged, but it has been outside for 2 years now.
the bad: front cover gasket needs to be changed (got messed up when installed and I haven't had the time) Trunk lid and both 1/4's have started rusting, it probably needs paint again...looks good from 5 feet, but if I were going to keep it, I'd paint it again to be safe and look good for shows.
I don't have pics of it yet...but I was thinking around $9500, I mean the drivetrain is basically new. Am I crazy?
