Grill is in good shape with no cracks, breaks, chips, etc. Only issue is the rip in the flap that rivets to the back of the grill. There is a picture showing this. Can't really notice it and can't when grill is mounted. I removed this on mine when I installed a front mount. $160 plus shipping
