87' GN in Florida being parted - hot?

Guy from St. Pete posted about his Monte build up on mcss.com, he purchased a rear from a guy he knows has a GN he is parting out, some title issue, car looks relatively stock but there are only a few pics on the thread. I'd like to think its on the up and up but it seems a little fishy at first glance. New to the site - Monte Carlo SS Message Board

Thanks for posting the pics...like you said the plates and street name might help, St. Pete/Tampa area. Not saying its neccessarily stolen but I would be lying if said that wasn't the first thing I thought of.
