'87 GN MAF Sensor Ciruit Diagram Request

I'm wondering if anyone would happen to know where to get a copy of a circuit diagram for an 87 GN MAF Sensor or even how to crack the housing without breaking it?

I could probably figure the components out if I could get into it without breaking it.

I've been into them. You don't want to go there.

It is one circuit board with all surface mount components. None labeled or visually identifiable.

There are no discrete components.
