car intermittently shuts off when coming to a stop. no stutter or anything, just cuts off. no codes being thrown and all sensors are in specified range. im kind of lost on this one. never cuts off while drving however. if anyone has a clue, please give your input

Possibly an IAC going bad?? That reminds me of an IAC that's not following properly.

I have experienced alot of ingintion issues with the L98 engines, check the ingnition module.

yes, the module is in the distributor, small with i think 2 wires coming off of it to the wiring harness.
Autozone or advanced auto can check these for free.
They tend to fail when they heat up.

Other things to check...

Check the relays on the drivers side I belive there are 3. The wires on these get corroded and degrade. I thing the middle is the fuel pump relay, the other is mass air burn off or something like that. Just make sure the wires arent bare and corroded.
Does it start back up after it stalls?
Thanks
Mike

Just curious, what sort of symptoms do you get when that mass-air burn off relay goes bad. Dad has an L98 Vette that is sometimes hard to start after you have driven it and it sits for an hour or so. Already replaced the injectors and the condition is better but still exists to a degree. Funny thing is, after it has sit overnight or a couple of days, it will fire before turing over even twice. When it pulls this hard start non sense, it will turn over several times and sometimes you have to put your foot on the gas before it will crank. I had read that this relay will cause this condition. Any ideas?
