After placing a extender chip in my ecm, it started once, and now refuses to turn over. the extender chip was being program in my ecm because it has air and our 86 does not . Have changed battery, we did disconnect the injectors while progaming. Turn the key on and everything seems normal but turn it to crank and some dash lights, including the radio, goes out. Other come on. The one time it did start it seemed to be drawing a lot of current. The only other change was adding line lock abt 3 days ago. Have tried another ecm and chip. Our mechanic thinks it might be the security system. We only turned the key on while programing. Thanks for any ideas Only 2 days until race day.
