FWIW,
I was supposed to look at this car on Saturday but Mike beat me to it on Friday. I was aware that there were multiple potential buyers. I was told by Cameron that the Canadian buyer was going to send a deposit on Monday and until that point the car was available locally. I can sort of see both sides of this deal and I'm glad I didn't get in the middle of it. If Mike hadn't bought the car before me it would be sitting in my driveway not his.
