9 inch torque converter

This is a 9 inch lock/up torque converter from CRT in tampa fla.It is a custom made converter for grand national and has extra bolt holes for sbc.It's stall range is 3200 to 3400.This torque converter has about 1500 miles on it. reason for sale-I'm going to a th 400 tranny with 3800 stall converter for Tsm class. paid $700.00 plus shipping from CRT.will sell for $625.00 shipped in u.s.

I am wondering for such low miles what is up with the coating on the converter? Do you have any more pictures? Was it hot how much racing on the unit?
