I just found '95 riviera M62 in good shape and swapped it on to my '92 Park Ave Ultra. the swap went well until i found out the throttle body on the 95 is a 3.5" which is good right?
any recommendations on inlet tubing/filter? the riviera inlet stuff doesnt fit well. to much stuff to move

Also i came to find out the EGR tubing to the blower is also 5/8 now instead of 1/2. ive got washer and gasket taking up the difference but im sure it will burn out. i thought i was going to be slick and swap the 95 solenoid and tubing in but the header connector is different as well as the wire count and EGR valve design is different..

someone may have already worked all of this out, so this is why im asking, good tips to other GM SC sites would help also.

Hello

I dont think without modding the TB to much that it will work like you plan. I have a 95 series 1 and the supercharger went on it. I went to the junkyard and pulled the supercharger off that car, little did I know it was a 92, and I was out 250.

Check out pontiacbonnevilleclub.com, there is alot of people around there with alot of knowledge with swaps of this sort.

cool thanks for the link. i think i may need the ECM modified or put on bigger injectors. the 92 maf is messing up the fueling for sure. unfortunately the 95 maf was gone when i pulled it.
