9x11 3500 and PT61 ?

Well, maybe you get tired on me asking the same questions all the time...

Can you get good times with a 9x11 3500 converter and PT61 with stock engine (stock cam, stock heads) ?

I will have to change gears at stock (4800 rpm)

heck yeah but shift around 5000 rpm and lock the converter when you reach 5000 in 3rd if not before then

BTW, it´s a 3500 flash stall. Never had ANY problems with over reving it on my car.

Andreas has actually tested the combo so he must know what he is saying...

I have a 3600 9x11 L/U.. When I slam the pedal down, it goes to 5k+.. Daniel, put it in, if it feels too loose and you end up not having RPM's drop... then add a cam and up your shift point. Easy.

I like to see rpm's come down 700 every shift, that 3500 wont come down from 5000-4300 when you make a shift at high boost.. unless its locked, and thats another story.
