I'm installing a turbo V6 in my 1966 Buick. I don't have A/C and I don't have power steering and don't want it. Is there a sanitary way to delete those items from the front accessory drive? Is it possible to install a regular belt setup if I replace the water pump with a non serpentine water pump?

Use a Delete Pulley as shown. For the power steering, I'd recommend leaving the pump in place, but take it apart and remove the vanes. Fill the bearings with grease, re-assemble without hoses, and use a 6PK1605 belt. Removing the pump will put less belt traction around the driving crank pulley and could cause alternator slippage under acceleration.
