Vents are not working vac. line is hooked up. cant find the door that makes it open. can anybody help?

Hi,
So your system blows out the defrost ducts only?Always? This is the default mode that the HVAC goes to when it is not receiving vacuum. It would take a huge leak to cause this always. You need to verify this is so, otherwise check the vac source and it's check valve. These systems are pretty reliable if properly supplied. More info please....

it blows out of the floor vents all of the time.... it is getting 14psi @ the control panel.. the car has been sitting for about 10yrs.

This door is right above the gas pedal. Check the vacuum selector dial thing, mine was bad and caused this too.
