Stage2 headers, these were made by EWS (Earls welding service) through Harry Hruska with Precision Turbo, in the mid 90's. Real nice shape, no issues. I had these in a turbo regal car.
Forward facing as the picture shows.
Not all Vband clamps are available. Wastegate and BOV not furnished.
