A note about Ramchargers

Even with the departure of Mike Licht in August, I would like to let you know that Ramchrgers is committed to supporting the Turbo Buick community.

You are a great bunch of people to deal with. We still sell the electronics pieces as far as Translators, Extender chips, Scanmasters, and we also offer a lot more. From Turbos to engine parts from Gaskets to silicon adpaters.

We are still here to serve you with very competitive pricing and good customer service. We will continue to run monthly specials for you. Please check the specials forum at the beginning of the month.

I am also in the process of re-vamping our Buick inventory. Look for some new and exciting products from Ramchargers in the time to come.

Kevin's for real, fellas.

I got in on the excellent fan deal, and somehow the free fan adapter didn't make it into the radiator box the first time. After some missed emails and what not, I got Kevin's attention, and he apologized profusely, and sent the adapter UPS Red to me.

That's what separates good merchants from GREAT merchants. Even though it took a while to get my part, Kevin's winning attitude and willingness to get the part to me no matter what the cost, makes me check his website FIRST when I need TurboBuick parts.

I would like to say that Kevin Is a Straight Shooter!!
My order got lost with Ramchargers & 10 e-mails did not sort it out. 1 e-mail to Kevin & all was fixed!! He investigated & solved the problem!! Took 2 days but it was handled!!

Thought I'd chime in. I also had an order from ramchargers get a little mixed up. Received the wrong part. Used the email address on the website with no reply.

One day noticed this thread, along with Kevin's email, shot him a message.

He replied saying he was going to next day air it to me . Luckily I was able to catch him in time and explain this was not necessary, normal delivery would be great, but this effort should be recognised and appreciated!!!!
