A Story on Conley Performance Turbos? What is it?

Im lookn at a stage II conley performance turbo? My question is I don't hear of a lot of people running this turbo. What it's equivalent? How much hp can it support? Is there anything about Conley that I should be aware of?

I think the best place to ask this question is Lawrence Conley

I could be wrong but I think this is an older turbo but ask the man.
