Will higher line pressure or more volume affect convertor stall ( lower stall)?

Volume will immensly. The volume of oil HAS to be there.
Pressure and Volume are two different things...
So Volume matters, pressure doesnt as long as it is suffencient.

This would have been a better ?
Would going from a 10 vane pump to a 13 vane make the convertor stall at a lower rpm? Thanks

Nope. Vane count has nothing to do with it. pulses are what they were trying to subside.
