AC compressor

Is there a way to active the ac compressor from the ac compressor its self

I know if you short the 3 legs on the pressure switch the compressor should come on but it don’t so I wanted to check the compressor its self.
The system has enough pressure and there is no blown fuse

Just put a jumper wire between the 2 female wires in the connector that plugs into the pressure switch, not the switch itself. This should run the compressor.

thats what i did and it did not come on..

The relay that provides the power to the compressor is activated by the ecm. Simply jumping the low pressure switch will not activate the clutch.

You will have to supply some power to the connector if you want to lock the compressor clutch without starting the car.

Just run a jumper wire to the green wire at the compressor clutch to engage the clutch
