AC Delco Reman.

Anyone here have any 1st or 2nd hand experience with an AC Delco Remanufacured transmission? I can pick one up at the dealer I work at for about $1000 and plan on just installing a converter and shift kit. Anything positive or negative would be helpful.

I called a dealer last summer and he said they were no longer available.Is it the correct transmission?Do you have a part number?Bruce

I have no first hand knowledge but I would say they are just a stock plain jane 200-4r which may or may not work fine in grama's olds, but I'm sure it not a brf or any performance version and wouldn't count on it holding up very long under hard use, just my .02
