Accel DFI Batch or T+...which is better?

Which is the better setup? I assume the DFI has more tuning options. I really dont know anything about the DFI but I se a lot of peeps running it.

That's not at all a fair comparison.

If you want to learn prom burning, and use a T+, you can out smart most of the aftermarket ecms. While the oem ecm isn't meant to be user friendly, it has more tuning options to play with.
