Rule of thumb is "one turn/ 1 lb boost".
Now, if you have a WG with a 14 psi spring, you will only get down to 14.
You can go lower if you adjust to keep the WG open a bit. (Not really recomended)

Another good "trick" is to keep yor foot out of the gas. :tongue:
We all know how tricky that is ........
