adjust roller rockers

Well I purchased a engine from a board member a while back. It has t&d rockers and I believe the cam is a 206. I remember it wasn't a large one. Just wondering should I go a 1/4 or 1/2 turn past zero lash.

I know it is flat tappet and hydraulic lifters.
