mine came with one when i bought it... question is how do you turn it up or down. the nut is loose and i assume that the rod has to change length for this to happen....can you do this while its on the turbo or how is the adjustment possible....thanks Pete

you just remove the cotter pin off the wastegate puck linkage, pull rod off wastegate puck linkage and twist rod to make shorter for more boost. but becareful not to turn boost up to much if you like your engine in one piece.

ok so can anyone explain how this works with a manual boost controller? should i just adjust the adj. wastegate all the way so it boosts low and use the manual boost controller to adjust

Set adj. rod w/ approx 1/8" tension (probably 12-13#boost), & adjust manual controller (incr. boost there)...

I forgot to list in my Parts-Parts-Parts for Sale..."Thread", I have a Q-Boost manual boost controller w/ remote (in-car) needle control valve for $45 shipped USPS,,, Monte

So what do you do if you if you set the rod with 1/8th'' tension and max out the mbc? Is it safe to shorten the rod even more? As long as there os no kr?
