adjusting aircompressor regulator

After another thread I now need to adjust my regulator since some else change some of the settings. There are two screws. What does each one do? I know one was set from the factory but the previous owner changed it.

One's a cut-in pressure and the other is the cut-out pressure. Should be labeled inside the lid.
