Have any of you guys seen this car in person or know anything about it?? The owner is asking $15.5K and I just want to know if you guys think that's a fair price. If not, what would be?

I'm a newbie, so I don't really know. Just wondering, 'cause the guy lives near me and I see this car in his garage and driveway all the time. I fall in love with it every time I see it and might go look at it over the weekend. He'll probably end up seeing this post, but who cares, right.:D Just want to know what guys with more knowledge then me think. Let me know.

Check out http://www.gnttype.org/general/buyguide.html This is very helpful. You also will want to familiarize yourself w/ the RPO codes. All this info is very helpful. I used it when purchasing my GN over the winter. I am a first time owner, too.

HTH,

Steve.

That is an excellent write-up. i recently bought my first GN also in June and I wish I had read this first. Luckily I became a member of this site so I had some knowledge going in. One thing just caught my attention, it says stock injectors are solid black. I was using brake clean to check for a vacuum leak and found all of my injectors are grey. I have no idea what size they are because the previous didn't mention any of the changes I have discovered.

One piece advice I will give you, don't believe what they say. Verfiy through touching or seeing documention for all major statements the owner makes about the car. If you feel uneasy about the person or the car, move on.
