My TTA failed emission requirements at idle.
After talking with julio, I checked the PCV valve and found a non-AC Delco PCV valve in there The AC Rochester PCV valve was close, but not original.
Replaced AC Rochester valve with an AC Delco PCV valve, and Passed the retest.... (didn't do ANYTHING to the car whatsoever, except waste time looking for a non existant vacuum leak).
Hats off to RAZOR and his "Stock parts"crusade
