I just replaced the 3rd 02 sensor in my car and got the same readings as before .000mv at times or .230mv or .092mv what is wrong with my car????:confused: Seems like CC's are stuck sometimes:confused:

Nothing wrong with your car.
Your just trying to use an oem O2 sensor to do something that it's not meant to do.

While it seems to be common and accepted practice to tune to get O2 voltages, it's more by chance that doing that works.

That said, about the only brand you can begin to trust is GM.

Using a WB is the only way to have a clue about what the AFR is.

The readings are supposed to be all over the place but for WOT in PE mode.Are they fairly steady at WOT? I know that chip has some lean out features and will show .000 more often than others.When u say CC are stuck do u mean they are not switching or climbing seadily on the scan master?
 
Bruce, I have had no problem till shortly after a zylene run wich wouldnt hurt.


Louie, these reading are @WOT and the CC's are in park after the run not cycling or climbing on SM.
 
Is your car going into PE mode? By that I mean is your TPS set up correctly at WOT? Xylene would nt cause this.
 
I put the MAF screen back in and all is good!!! Thrasher chips must not like that....:confused: But it is running a little rich now so I will tune from there. Thanks to all that replied:)

I am happy now:D :D
