Aftermarket fan with stock wiring and relays

Can I wire in and run a aftermarket electric fan with the stock wiring harnesses and relay? I’m looking to run a single 16 inch fan that’s flows around 2500 cfm and is a 17 amp draw. So just wanted to know what you guys thought of that with the stock wiring and relay. Thanks

Ideally that's the way to do it as long as the relays are in good working order.

I have been using (2) 14" slimline fans (3100 cfm 15.8 amps) with a custom shroud since '90 connected the the stock resistor and relays with no troubles.
