air bags or air shocks?

I want to lift the rear end up a little cause rear tires a little shorter. I had air bags put on and worked UNTIL I took a tire off. When lifted the car back up, the hose for the bags got a hole in them. I never see anyone using air shocks with these cars, is that a NO?

I think they will cause problems when trying to get the car to hook. I would just repair or replace the line.

Air shock suck for trying to get the car to hook. They aren't bad for an old beater pickup that needs some help in hauling stuff, but not much else.

i replaced the line once, but after another line, it worked UNTIL i had to take a tire off. When i got new tire back on, NO AIR AGAIN. How should I route the line so i can take a tire off to change it? NEW BAGS, but just the line is where the prob is
