Orifice tube is in the line right before the dryer. Crack it open and gently pull the old one out. I used needle nose pliers. Hey Charlie, do the different orifice tubes (red, white or blue) work the same way on R134a as well?

The stock one is a single fixed orifice but the ford units have 2 holes in it. The largest is the red, followed by the blue and then the white. All will work better than stock but AC works on pressure differential. Going from a high pressure liquid to a low pressure gas at the highest rate of speed will cool better, but it also depends on location as well as operating pressures.;)
