Air Dam.... what do I have to do?

Anyways I got an Airdam off a regular Trans Am. What do I have to do to it to accept the intercooler scoop and still fit on the car. If anything?

cut a notch in the center of it so the intercooler scoop can get some air, let me know if you need dimensions.
