Is that what you call the lowest plastic ground effects pieces on the front?
Anyway, were they painted?
Mine have been and there are runs.
The finish on the plastic is textured. If I try to sand out the runs I'll get smooth sections.
Should I sand, re-paint, or just leave them alone?

i know that they are not supposed to be painted. i got new ones on ebay for 60.00 i believe they cost the same at gm or a few dollars more.
