Air/Fuel ratio very inconsistent

My air to fuel bounces all over the place, its lean when im at idle and then becomes VERY rich when i hit the gas...Could this be a bad O2?

It should fluctuate between lean and rich when the engine is not under load, it should only be fairly steady at WOT. Lean at idle and rich on the throttle could very well be a bad 02 sensor.

I noticed something else too, My air/fuel guage says lean but when i go outside the car it smells like its running realy rich...any thoughts on that?
