I have the alky control dual nozzle with 3 bar map sensor. Has always worked great. I can't get it to test anymore. Tried wiring alky pump direct and it works. Any troubleshooting guides on the forum?

Wanted to add for those you search

Well if your install included putting a bulb where it says POWER INJECTION.. and that bulb turns on when you press TEST.. then the controller is working. Maybe you got water into the pump cuasing its failure.

When you push "TEST" it applies 3.5-4.0 volts across the red/black pump wires with the GAIN knob set to position 8. 3.5v should make the pump move liquid, unless the pump is hurt. Typically from water getting into it.(example missing/damaged bumper filler and motor gets wet)
