I recently ordered a $30 part from CC online. After installing it I didn't like the way it fit. I called CC and spoke with Alex So. After emails, photos and another phone call (trying to solve problem) Alex sent me out a replacement. He also paid for the shipping return of the original part. I got the new part and it fit better, but I still didn't feel it was quite the way I thought it should fit. I called Alex back. He arranged for return shipping and full refund no problem. I'm sure CC lost money on this. Alex So went above and beyond my expectations and I will be calling him next time I need a part for my car.
