can anyone please scan and send me the directions for razors alky control kit, or is there somewhere online i can find them? i just bought a used setup and the guy couldnt find the instructions.

newer instructions would do you any good if its an old kit
how old is the kit ...there is a date on it

older kits had 3 boxes that go inside the car -- the gain control box with knob and test light , the remote sized one with a pac label that goes under the dash and the power dist block that has a screw in fuse that gets strapped under the steering column

if so the instructs on t6p will work
after 10/06 there was a dual color led incorporated into the system with an orange and brown wire turnon system pressure led

some older kits could have had an update kit added to add the dual color led

then there was the newer setup that is still being made that way which eliminates the power block and uses spade terminals to connect

you can call razor on monday , look him up in the alky forum and he might be able to help

Mines says 4/07 on the PAC box and has a black box that comes off of it with a glass fuse in it and three connections for spade terminals

those aren't spade connections

the box is marked + - and o
+ gets the red wire to pump , red end of bulb to power inj bulb , and the red end of the low fuel led

- gets the black wire to pump and the black end of the power inj bulb

0 - gets the silver drain wire thats in the pump wire harness

tan wire from reservoir goes to the tan side of the low fuel led

orange wire to dual color led that gets mounted near the boost gauge , brown to the brown side of that led
green wire to 3bar map sensor output

red wire from power block to fuse block ign source ( male spade terminal ) zip tie it so it cant get accidentally knocked out.
black wire from power block to ground screw at dash just left of courtesy lamp (loop terminal)

reservoir level sender gets grounded by battery , pump has a white lead from the switch on motor top that needs to get grounded , the other terminal on that switch goes to the silver drain wire
the pump should have the newer weather connect so just plug that in

make sure the map sensor green wire sees 1.6v with key on engine off
dont use any petroleum product or meth with lube in the reservoir
