Alky gains w/ C16 Race Gas?

If running an alky kit w/ C16 race gas would you see any cooling advantages or performance from the alky? Especially w/ the use of a stock Dutt neck intercooler.

Alky and race gas isnt needed. Just choose one or the other

Agreed, BUT I figured the cooling events from the alky would help the short comings of a stock location Dutt Neck I/C.

Yeah it will help the stock location intercooler greatly, just look at Ed's times with the stock intercooler and alky he ran a 11.3 (thats a stock turbo to) so the heat was greater. Anyway I just dont think you need the race gas as well, the alky and 94 octane or whatever you can get will be fine.

Wow....nice times on stock I/C and turbo. I just like the insurance of good gas.

There is no issue with running alcohol + race gas. And if you want to do it to get comfortable dialing it in, no problem.

Like your 200 miles away from home, first time at track.. spike the gas.. once you have the fueling figured out.. run it on 93 and flow a good amount.. you'll never go back to race gas.

If you have a 55 gallon drum you need to deplete.. do so. But I bet you wont be buying another one.

And yes with an inefficient IC.. its the way to go.
