Easiest spot to tap for alky nozzle (without removing intake) is in the turbo to intake adaptor. This is where mine has always been, works just fine there. Do not inject before the turbo, not a good idea. Unless it is far enough before and you are certain that the alky is atomized before hitting the turbo you run chances of damaging fins. Besides that your hairdryer/turbo is going to heat the air up as it goes into the intake so cooling it after the turbo (like you do with a intercooler) maximizes what your trying to do (cool the aircharge in the intake and thus the cylinders).
