Alky problems

I noticed the other day when i stood on the gas my alky light comes on even with the power switch off. Anybody know what is causing this.

Mine does the same.
I'm pretty sure the light is activated by the hobbs switch, but the pump only gets power when you have it turned on.

I thought takt might have been the case but it is spraying also.

You turn the pump speed down to 0 and it still sprays?

Its normal for the light to come on when turned off. How do you know its spraying?

I ran a tube outside the car and could see it spraying.

I would let Steve know. Now you have peaked my curiosity and I need to try it on mine. Sounds like a bug in the control unit.
