Start with one heat range colder than stock (R43TS gapped @ .032-.035). Every car is a little different - mine runs better on R42TS's (2 heat ranges colder) - but I am runnning 20 psi w/Thasher 108 and 94 octane.
 
I like the CR43TS at .032" when running 24-25 psi. and 20-24* timing with 94 and alky. dual stage.

Was able to run a gap of .0345" with a smaller turbo and single nozzle.
 
i WAS running ac delco cr42ts plugs gapped at .032"

car didn't exactly like that...i think those plugs were too cold for my stock motor combo...went to cr43ts plugs gapped the same .032" and it really likes them...i run about 25 psi on a dual nozzle alcohol system as well...i finally got it (i think) to where it doesn't get transitional knock...i just turned down the spray on point to 1-2 lbs of boost! and amazingly the car doesn't bog...
