All types of info I need

Ok, I need drag info. I have an 84 hot air under construction. I want to know how to get that thing physically down the runway in under 12 seconds. I know that with the mods I am putting into this car are shooting for an 11 sec, but getting the car to hook up, getting the temps right, and all that...What do I do? What keeps the wheels from spinning out? What are the best tires? What rims? ANy help would be great. Aside from the mods listed in my sig, I am planning on getting these items in the near future: TA51 turbo if not a TA49, 42.5 009 injectors, race ported heads, full three inch dual exhaust, with a mease three inch DP, and a ported TB. So, how do I get my car down that strip?
