How does the Alradco radiator (with coolers) compare for weight to the stocker?

Pronto,
Not sure, but its gotta be lighter due to its aluminum construction vs steel end tanks.
I didn't bother to weigh them both to compare when I installed mine.
Maybe Peter at ALRADCO can chime in.

I'm running a stock replacement that weighs a lot. I know guys are using the F body but I want the trans cooling lines in the stock location.

Well, I can definitely recommend installing the ALRADCO unit with booth coolers.
It is a work of art & a simple drop in, no minor tweaking req'd at all.

If you're undecided.....Don't sit on the fence, you should just pull the trigger....you will be very happy.
I went with the black painted model as I wanted it to look stock(ish).

FYI....I had to install a 180 deg T-stat after my install as it ran too cool with the 160 for my liking.

Thanks for the good words guys! I don't remember off the top of my head, getting a little older I guess.
FYI we're having a sale on our radiators until Tuesday April 15th so if you're going to need one this year, now is the time to buy one. www.alradco.com
Thanks again.
